This week I went carnivore and I don’t think I ever stopped sweating and being uncomfortable. It was fairly miserable. At times I was okay and it started okay and then my blood sugar started popping up, the seizures came back, the little cough – all of it, and I think it’s anaphylaxis. I think I am allergic to peanuts, meat? I was having peanut butter for breakfast. I couldn’t take eggs and bacon, I tried. I just really don’t like eggs and bacon.
I really like ribeye and butter: ONCE IN AWHILE.

I think low-carb is a great idea for diabetics and no carb maybe even better but probably protein controlled, fat controlled, calorie controlled? Idk…
I had a lot of brain noise which surprised me being that I wasn’t eating sugar.
next up will probably be a long fast.
