This week the colitis and fatigue were quite bad, so this Friday and maybe into Saturday I’m on a fast. It sucks, but it will give my GI some time to relax and recoup. I was Vegetarian this week and did okay except for an ice cream sunday from Costco. I had dropped some weight on Tuesday’s weigh in.

The week in Review:

  • Sunday: Was tired, lethargic, felt sick and had the fatigue back, ate muffins is that why? Pastry and fatty things like that seem to do me in.
  • Monday: Took a walk to Fort Stevens with I and then J. Felt fat, sick and awful – again.
  • Tuesday: Felt terrible again, took the day off, ordered some makeup, decided I would try harder.
  • Wednesday: Zwift 30, first time on the Scott, I have it set up well. I still feel awful.
  • Thursday: Retaining a ton of water, feel terrible but hype myself up to go ride the Torker around the park. She rides better after I oiled the chain and aired up the tires.
  • Friday: FASTING, gotta get to feeling better. Went and harvested blueberries and am doing some gardening work.
