She’s waiting for Dark Journalist to put something deep on the record

This week I got in a new Wahoo Kickr trainer (thanks Jason) just in time for the Tour de France. It’s really a lot of fun to ride, but underscores how bad of shape I’m in! I’m back on Zwift now!

My tomatoes are doing brilliantly, not bad for some seeds I started in January. All of a sudden they’ve really gone to setting tomatoes. The high UV index doesn’t seem to be bugging them.

The girls are being lovely. Hime likes to take all the pencils out of their cup and drop them off the desk one at a time onto the floor. I’ve had to hide them. (Art pencils – so they’re nice, break easily that sort of thing)

I went to Longbeach with the kids and saw some sandcastles being built, a few kites, got some fries and a coffee oh and a fruit smoothie — had a nice time.

Went out to Seaman’s Day this week and petted the big bear dogs and walked Kwis Kwis with Jason. (He skipped the dogs)

Powless takes the KOM jersey for USA / EF! Best part of race so far.

We were watching the Tour this week, but it’s been slow and it feels rigged. Not a good racing event.

Sandy had twins and finally brought them to visit

It was a really busy summer week I guess!
