This week in brief:
- Went on a bicycle ride today before the very cold weather front moves in.
- Went Vegetarian and sugar free.
- Atmosphere Intensifies and my cat is losing more hair.
My health has sucked. I have not returned to the gym.
I have discontinued meat, fat, sugar, and dairy.
Night of the comet.
We had a weird spell with a very black night and no sounds at all. The atmosphere was … very odd. A deer came in the yard and stood beside me, I think it made her feel better. It was so quiet out that I could hear her breathing – but nothing else. No trees, no distant dogs, no birds, no frogs, no bugs. I had put out cat food but not one cat came up that day and my cat would not go outside. There was a blue green glittery comet in the sky, fancy that.
