I’ve joined the 5% challenge on MFP. 8 Weeks to hit some goals. So in 8 weeks I want to:

  • Lose at least 10lbs
  • Run / Walk a 5K
  • Develop better habits
  • Be happpier

Tried to weed my garden today but the tall grass made my lungs act up and I had to retreat. The Nasonex is working well on my nose, but I probably should watch out around grass.
