Oi’ have gained instead of lost weight.

I was woke up last night from shooting pain in the toes on my left foot. The left most 3 toes, but not the big toe and the one beside it. It hurt! Omg. Like having my toe nails pulled on or a needle inserted.

I have colitis again, had a migraine yesterday.

Kidney stone that hurts.

I’m not making progress. I’m not going in the direction of energy. I’m kinda screwed.
