I wish I had read this in college instead of having to learn it all the hard way.
A really chill day here on the north pacific coast line

Today I am mostly listening to my cats apnea as he sleeps. It’s a chill day.

I’ve had a lot of seizure activity the last couple of nights and have not slept well, I guess last night was a little better. With the seizure activity I often can’t dream, it’s just a jumble of randomness. It’s exhausting. Last night I awoke to a horrible smell. I thought my cat had sprayed, maybe even urinated on my long hair or pillow. It was pungent and just awful but I was disoriented and couldn’t get up. This morning when I woke up again, there was no smell. Cat feces has a strong odor and it would not have dissipated. So I suppose I imagined it. Sometimes I’ve associated the seizures with odd sounds as well, a few times smells.

Poor kitty. He doesn’t spray the house and he goes outside to use the restroom. But he did get some blame.

I colored my hair today, studied Japanese on my phone and had steak & eggs for lunch and apple and peanut butter for breakfast.

I’ve been working on getting rid of clutter.

I would like to be working out more and studying more but my energy still comes and goes.

My colitis has resolved now, I quit the natural organic coconut coffee creamer as it had guar gum in it. Maybe that is what resolved it but it is really uncertain.
