I’m still sugar free. I’ve been working out on Zwift as I’ve had a bad spot of fatigue again and sitting and riding the trainer is about where I’m at.
I’ve lost 7lbs so far since dropping the sugar. My fasting blood sugar is still at 100 though. It has not budged.
I think the running plan may have been too ambitious. I have such severe fatigue on and off that serious training is beyond me. However, maybe thanks to the improved nutrition of late — the seizures were about 75% better this time. Maybe the fatigue will improve with time also and I can train the way I feel is necessary for such a big goal.
I downloaded a couch to 5k app with walk / run intervals. I’ve run for fourteen years so I know how to run a 5K, but I thought having a training app might make it fun and I can check off the days and feel like I’m making progress.
I’ve started on the Genki 3rd edition book for Japanese today. I’m making some progress.
