Struggled with anemia and sugar withdrawal so not sure which is making me bloody exhausted but I suspect it’s more of the dreaded anemia.
It was a very cold rainy day. Son had the day off and being that I was tired and he had a day of relaxation at hand we binge watched the Discovery+ series, ‘Skinwalker Ranch’ and it has been pretty good so far. We really liked the second season of Blind Frog Ranch. I kinda want to go to Northern Utah now and see if I can see anything while driving along.
I am working on a new workout routine, with the anemia I’m too tired to hold my head up at the moment, so sorry. I’m letting myself and everyone down I feel like.
The pizza is my home made sort with the Poolish crust recipe method I found on Youtube. I don’t really like pizza too much, as that much carbohydrate will have my sugar crashed by 2am and I’ll feel awful and it doesn’t fill me up very well. It’s my husbands favorite though, so I try to make him pizza pretty often.
I purchase whole organic hens and then cut them up and cook them and I think they’re pretty good that way. I like to put them in the InstaPot with a bunch of curry seasonings and chicken stock / coconut milk and make curry. My curry is pretty soupy and runny though – I need to work on it.
I have had a little caffeine again – but no sugar.
I have some sugar free chocolates but they give me insanely stomach issues, so trying to not indulge in those. I have lost 5lbs in 5 days – eh’ I know, water weight. Still kinda nice to see the number go down.
