Tomorrow I’m going to get up at 5am and workout.
I have my coffee pot set to 5am
Today my GI just hurt all day and pissed me off. I missed my workout wondering — wth is causing me so much pain.
Tomorrow I’ll get to it early before the world wakes up. Have time to myself that way. Fewer interruptions. This will give me a chance to sing Japanese song lyrics in the shop/gym without being overheard and embarrassed.
I inspected the shop for spiders, my mortal enemy. No spiders yet, still early in the season.
I’ll workout hard tomorrow and try to make up for today.
I’ve been avoiding gobs of types of food, but still weighed in at 184lbs this morning without any success of alleviating pain.
