The weather has been lovely lately, and I’ve taken full advantage of it. The flower garden is officially all planted, and everything’s looking vibrant. Even the bamboo made it through and is growing strong—kind of thrilling to watch it come back to life. All the little plants I started back in early March have now found their homes in raised beds and flower pots.

I also gave the yard a full makeover—mowed, weed-eated, and curated it to perfection. It’s looking amazing, if I do say so myself.

Still sticking with the carnivore diet, though sweets and dairy continue to sneak in. I’ve noticed that sugar seems to mess with my electrolytes, especially potassium, which leaves me feeling drained and unwell. It’s a puzzle I’m still figuring out.

Japanese KitKats are so good…

On a brighter note, I got in some yoga this week—with a little help from the cat, of course. Cat-assisted yoga is chaotic, but oddly peaceful.

Unfortunately, the week ended on a rough note with another one of those strange seizure episodes. Thankfully, I had medication on hand this time, but I’m still not sure what’s triggering them. Hoping for some answers soon.

Here’s to more good days, more blooms, and fewer mysteries.
