Why: zzz zzz FATIGUE AND ILLNESS

  • Within 20-45 minutes of eating a grain, any grain I become extremely sleepy tantamount to taking a sleeping pill and suffer with brain fog. Confirmed with Wheat grains, Rice, Oats etc. Reliable. Rice as little as 1/2 cup.
  • Grain = bloat, GI pain, IBS / IBD type symptoms resulting in needing to take a variety of supplements
    • Aloe Vera gel caps
    • Slippery Elm
    • N-A-G (! Important)
    • Marshmallow Root
  • After awhile of constant fatigue blood volume is reduced Beef Liver supplement

What: MEAT+FAT, 50-70 Grams of Carbohydrate (ideally less)

  • Meat with a lot of fat, broth, eggs.
    • NO MSG
    • NO lean cuts full of phosphates like skinless chicken breasts
    • NO Dairy other than occasional use in coffee and cheese seems to be okay
  • Honey Crisp Apples (CARB 33 grams) (fruit, sugar do not induce sleep. No other foods other than grains induce sleep.)
  • A half to tablespoon of honey (CARB 10-20 grams) and an apple are around 50 grams of carbohydrate and will be my only allowable carbs for the day.
  • Peanut Butter (CARB), around 8 grams of carb per 2 tablespoons so be careful of PB.
  • SUPPLEMENTS:
    • Vitamin C
    • L-Theanine
    • Magnesium Citrate (for constipation if needed)
    • Magnesium Glycinate for sleep
    • Psyllium if needed for constipation
    • Electrolyte Mix

  4. Use fasting to onboard with this diet, drink broth, have salt, eat one meal a day, maybe two
  5. DO NOT SNACK
  6. Give yourself 3 months – or to mid-May

Rationale:

*Pyruvic acid – The trouble is thought to be the inability to oxidize pyruvic acid block. He gets stuck with large quantities of pyruvic acid which is bad in two ways:

  1. He cannot readily use it for energy and it is disposed of in fat stores.
  2. Once in fat stores it prevents mobilisation of fat by inhibiting the oxidation of fatty acids.

If a fat man stops eating carbohydrate, he makes little pyruvic acid and removes the stimulus of the fat organ to make fat.
