New this week:
- Developed Cystitis, my belly swelled up, became incredibly painful and for whatever reason that triggered seizures and I ended up in the ER in pain and freaking out. So embarrassing.
- The vice presidential debate happened.

- I became a cyborg when I installed a Dexcom monitor in my arm. I am still getting data but it looks like my pancreas is doing a really okay job.
- I was able to obtain a new doctor which is private and not part of my insurance.
I bought myself a little flower as sympathy, lol
- Fall weather brought cooler afternoons
- It is really relaxing being outside, I also had a walk on the beach. I had to take off time from the gym after going to the ER to allow the swelling to go down. I went once for 30 minutes, but am trying to get things going okay.
- ER didn’t prescribe anything
Oddly enough Korea and Japan are very pro Trump / Vance this election. I was rather surprised anyone followed the election over seas.
